REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only available pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy. Refund requests that do not comply with the strict terms and conditions provided herein will not be honored.  

Refunds are available only within Seventy-Two (72) hours after submitting your paid-in-full tuition payment, time being of the essence (“Refund Period”).  No request for a refund after the Refund Period has expired will be honored for any reason, except as provided herein as a result of the death or disability of Dr. Wallace.

In the unfortunate event that Dr. Wallace is unable to perform the paid Services in full due to death or disability, Customer will be reimbursed on a pro-rata basis for any unfulfilled Services, less processing and administrative fees applied in the sole discretion of CPTSD Medicine, LLC. CPTSD Medicine, LLC has adequate insurance coverage in place in such event.  

Any request for a refund must be made, in writing, within the Refund Period only via electronic mail to hello@cptsdmedicine.com. Requests by any other method, including phone, text or other written, electronic or oral communication, will not be honored.  

Any amount to be refunded pursuant to this Refund Policy will equal the full tuition payment received, less payment processing fees and administrative fees applied in the sole discretion of CPTSD Medicine, LLC.  

Any amount to be refunded pursuant to this Refund Policy will be submitted to Customer’s account pursuant to information provided by Customer and may take up to 10 business days after the refund has been issued to be reflected in Customer’s account. CPTSD Medicine, LLC is not responsible for any delays in issuance of any refunded amount caused by Customer or its financial institution.
