I am a fellow childhood trauma survivor, twice married, and a former university professor turned Level 3 IFS Practitioner who walked myself through every single step of CPTSD Resolution.
While therapists are trained to work broadly across mental health, I have spent my entire second career in the mental health field studying one thing: how to resolve complex trauma as quickly and effectively as possible.
I am a specialist. It is all I do. It is all CPTSD Medicine exists to do.
I show people who had really hard childhoods how to finally have healthy relationships.
I noticed that when you “look good on paper,” most people — even therapists — assume you don’t have trauma. But I kept seeing smart, successful humans getting their hearts broken again and again because of unresolved CPTSD.
I also noticed that even once you knew you had CPTSD, there still was not a single comprehensive plan, a place to go for everything you needed to heal effectively and as quickly as possible.
So, I founded CPTSD Medicine in 2024 after four years of research and development, using myself and early adopters as case studies to discover what truly works. Today, that full system of specialized care is available to you. I am proud to be on the edge of innovation, creating a whole new category of mental health services: applied mental health training.
I guide adults who have experienced a significant relational rupture and want to heal at the root so they do not repeat the same painful patterns again. We begin by helping you hold intense emotions with more steadiness and identify the Parts burdened by attachment wounds. From there, your training focuses on releasing shame, reshaping trauma-driven patterns, and strengthening Self Leadership.
I do not work with insurance, and all services are self-pay. If you have questions about fees or want to discuss your options, please feel free to reach out.
