Not the fairytale you were handed as a kid, where someone arrives and everything resolves. The version where the ending becomes something you are capable of, built deliberately, with the same seriousness you brought to your career. This is not soft self-help. It is intensive, graduate-level training: experiential, customized to your specific history, and satisfying the way real work is satisfying when it is finally pointed at the right problem.
Before you read further, the entrance requirements.
You were assigned female at birth. The container works extensively with sexual trauma material, yours or others', and that work is best held among those who were socialized and identified as female in childhood. You don't need this to be your story, but you need to be able to remain present while it is someone else's.
Your professional life is established and successful. This work assumes you already know how to commit to something demanding and see it through.
You agree not to use psychedelics for the duration of the container. The work depends on your nervous system generating its own data, uninterrupted.
You can't tell what's real from the outside.
You could spend the next five years sampling the trauma-healing marketplace. Many capable humans do. A breathwork weekend here, a somatic course there, a kind therapist who has never actually worked with complex trauma, a program that promised depth and delivered worksheets. The problem is not your discernment. There is no way to evaluate this work from the outside, and you've already paid the tuition of trial and error more than once.
I spent six years of research and development running that elimination process. What survived is integrated into one container, so the selecting, sequencing, and vetting is already done:
>> 1:1 IFS sessions with a Level 3 practitioner, where the work gets customized to your specific history rather than delivered as curriculum.
>> Group facilitation including Parts Work, because relational capacity cannot be built alone. The group is the laboratory.
>> Live trainings, where the graduate-level instruction happens in real time, with your questions in the room.
>> Breathwork, because your intellect has been doing all the work, and there is work it cannot do.
>> Consultations, so decisions in your actual life get the benefit of the work while it's happening.
>> A 24/7 community off social media, with high-level security, because this material requires continuity between sessions and genuine confidentiality, not a Facebook group.
>> A printed treatment protocol mailed to your doorstep, because the method should exist in your hands, not behind a login.
>> On-demand learning modules that carry your development between live sessions.
Every container so far has been too small for you.
Strong-willed, gifted, driven, intense. You've watched facilitators flinch, groups go quiet around you, therapists redirect you toward softness when what you needed was someone who could meet you. So you've learned to bring a managed version of yourself to your own healing, which is why it hasn't worked.
This container is built power-meets-power. I am not a guru and I don't want followers. I'm a devoted teacher with ten students, moving through challenging material together and coming out the other side. Your intensity is not a liability here; we will need all of it. You are allowed to arrive as all of you.
And if a Part of you doesn't believe that, good. That skepticism was earned, and it has kept you safe. The application and enrollment call exist partly so that Part can interrogate me directly. If we both still say yes after that, we're good.
You don't have time for this to take forever.
The humans I work with are not healing in the abstract. There is a biological clock running. There is a long-term partnership where staying or leaving has to be decided, and the deciding is costing you. There is heartbreak whose devastation is showing up at work, in your body, in how you parent. These are relationship problems with real-world consequences and real-world deadlines, and a part of you is asking the only reasonable question: how fast does this work?
The honest answer has two halves. Everything that can be designed for speed has been. The protocol is in your hands on day one. The work is customized to your history from the first session, so none of your time is spent on material that isn't yours. There is no generic curriculum to wade through before the real work starts.
The second half is yours. What I cannot design is your attention, your consistency, and your willingness to go deep when the work asks for depth. Students who bring those move quickly.
There is no timeline in this container and no one judging your pace. But if you have decided you deserve this to move fast, I have built nothing that will slow you down.
The investment is $6,000 for six months.
