Homework for Video 01
Exercise 1:
Write out all of the stories running through your mind internally, and those being told externally by others. Remember, these stories are not neutral. They often hold powerful clues about unresolved trauma. Each story is being told because it accomplishes something for the storyteller.

Exercise 2:
Look closely at each story you've written and ask yourself: Who does this story serve? Who is let off the hook? Who is blamed? Who is cast as the abuser? Who is cast as the victim?

As you identify these storytelling patterns, you will start to clearly see how these narratives are distortions rather than truths. They are expressions of pain and fear, attempting to justify emotions, actions, and reactions.

Video 01

Welcome. I’m so glad you're here. You're exactly where you need to be if you're craving clarity, comfort, and empowerment after a tough relationship ending. Before we begin, here's something important I want you to know:

Right now, you might be feeling sad, overwhelmed, abandoned, or even ashamed, that’s totally understandable. You might be wondering why relationships keep ending up like this. Maybe you're questioning if there's something fundamentally wrong with you, or feeling frustrated that this pattern keeps happening despite your successes in other parts of life.

I want you to know these feelings make complete sense given what you've experienced. Some of what I share might feel super comforting and like exactly the fresh perspective you've needed. Other parts might feel tough or a little triggering. Both reactions are valid and offer important insights.

If anything feels too intense, please trust yourself. It just means your healing path might look a bit different, guided by someone who vibes better with you right now. But if what I share feels clear, validating, and exactly the kind of support you've been hoping for, then we’re probably a great fit to go deeper together.

For now, let’s get you some immediate answers, emotional relief, and a simple, practical three-day plan to steady your heart and soothe your spirit.

You're not alone, and we've totally got this.

In Video 01, we identified the stories we tell ourselves and noticed how they often reflect trauma distortions. In Video 02, we will enhance your clarity by distinguishing between trauma energies and Self Energies. Trauma energies feel personal, permanent, and pervasive, fueling confusion and disempowerment. To restore clarity in this difficult situation, I will show you how to put down the stories of others and call your energy back fully to yourself. You will revise the unhelpful, trauma-based stories, lessening trauma's grip on your stability to amplify Self Energies and feel more secure.

Homework for Video 02
Exercise: Self Energy or trauma energy?

Use these three indicators to discern the energy behind your internal stories:
Personal: Does this story feel intensely personal, as if it defines who you are?
Permanent: Does it feel as if the situation or pain will last forever?
Pervasive: Does it seem to affect every part of your life?

If your story feels personal, permanent, or pervasive, this signals trauma energies, not Self Energies. Continue to notice this distinction as you explore your inner narratives around this break-up.

In our previous session, you learned to separate trauma energies from Self Energies, reconnecting you to the truth. This truth is your greatest source of power. In Video 03, we anchor your Self Leadership with a practical three-day plan. Remember, mistakes are never high stakes; they're valuable sources of wisdom. You cannot mess up your life. Life is unfolding for you, not happening to you. Use this simple, flexible empowerment plan repeatedly, whenever you need stability and security, found within.

Three-Day Empowerment Plan

Day 01: Witness Your Pain
Acknowledge your inner story (such as "I must not be enough"). Validate your sadness gently and fully. Gather relationship-connected items for a private witnessing ceremony. Allow all feelings to flow freely. Afterward, reach out to someone who can compassionately witness your feelings without fixing or advising.

Day 02: Affirm Your Worth
Create a small, nurturing space in your room with items, colors, art, or words reflecting your inherent goodness and value. Regularly return here to anchor the frequency of your True Self and remind yourself of your worth and dignity.

Day 03: Anchor Your Power
Identify and take one small, empowering action affirming your worth and dignity. Ensure the action feels grounded, steady, and aligned. Write a short affirmation reminding yourself this pain isn't personal, permanent, or pervasive. Add it to your nurturing space and, if supportive, reach out to someone to celebrate your step forward.
